Gift Cards

  • Redeemable only online at www.daardesigns.com.
  • One-time use vouchers only; non-transferable.
  • Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue; unused balance will be forfeited.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • DAAR DESIGNS is not liable for misuse due to loss or sharing of codes.
  • Subject to RBI guidelines for prepaid instruments.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in J&K.

Limitation of Liability

  • DAAR DESIGNS is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
